Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the positive side, the room I stayed in, although it had no windows, was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The service was accommodating and friendly, with staff even going the extra mile to provide an additional doormat. The location, although on the less affluent side of Taguig City, was convenient, being close to Uptown Mall and various shops and cafes. However, there were some hiccups like not getting the reserved room and having to settle for a different one meant for PWD guests. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great WiFi connection, although the windows were small. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating, especially Gift, who was a true asset. The location was convenient, surrounded by shops and cafes, and just a short walk to Uptown Mall. The only downside was the poor internet and slightly overpriced rates.
